So I wasn't feeling too bad last week and got quite a bit of tri sport training in as mentioned below...but this week..not so much. Had bad aches and headache for Wed-Thurs...yesterday was alright, but I still wasn't feeling too into training. I'm going to call it post HIM blahs and just not being 100% in the game.
I am supposed to do a 25km run today...but I'm definately not feeling very motivated to do that...so instead...I'm going to go to ZUMBA!! :)
I've wanted to check it out for a few months since I heard about it before school ended on a recreation committee I am a part of...Just looks hilarious and like a wicked good time. Kind of sucky I have to go to it alone...because it would be so funny to go wiht a friend...but I'm sure I will manage on my own. I hope I can remain non-bent over laughing for the hour. Haha.
