Well...1 week ago today I finished my first HIM. I've just been ridiculously tired all week. Going to bed at 645pm on Saturday night...naps...etc. You get the picture.
I still managed to get in about 7hrs of tri sports (well...most of the biking was on a mountain bike) this week though. Did my first real run today:

4) 5.5 @ 8%
5) 6.0 @ 5%
6) 6.5 @ 5%
7) 7.0 @ 5%
8) 7.0 @ 5%
9) 5.5-7.0 @ 3%
10) 5.5-7.0 @ 4%
11) 5.5 @ 6-7.5%
12) 5.5 @ 7-10%
Making sure my ass/hip didn't bother me. Probably could have pushed it a bit more, but I'm happy with the effort I got in today. Did a 1500m swim after and felt sufficiently dead...so ya. I'll take it as long as I am able to run tomorrow after today. Need to bring up the running mileage! 10 WEEKS TILL NWM!!!
